Norges vassdrags- og energidirektorat (NVE)

The NVE library is a public specialised library, primarily for employees in the directorate. The library subscribes to approx. 80 periodicals, of which approx. half are Norwegian. The diversity in the directorate's work area characterises the library's activity, the collection mainly covers hydrology, energy, landslides, and law. The NVE library procures some periodicals via participation in a consortium agreement with science direct through unit. This gives us a discount, the periodicals concerned are marked with a star in Annex 5, price sheet. The NVE library would like to enter into a procurement contract with 1 - one - periodical agent for the delivery of Norwegian and foreign periodicals in printed and possibly electronic format. Tenderers must be able to take over our entire portfolio and continue subscriptions without any delivery interruptions.
