Qualification requirement I:
Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and resources to implement the contract, and have sufficient personnel with together total competence to process orders and the delivery of goods and services in accordance with the stated scope.
Documentation requirements I:
A description must be given of the tenderer's and any sub-supplier's total and relevant capacity, including delivery capacity. A description of the proportion of the contract and areas in which the tenderer will use sub-suppliers.
Organisation chart with a short role description for the tenderer and any sub-suppliers. (We will not assess CVs for this requirement). This documentation can, if a tenderer believes it is more appropriate, be submitted as an annex instead of in the ESPD form.

Qualification requirement II:
Tenderers must have relevant experience from comparable deliveries as described in the tender documentation. Particular emphasis will be put on tenderers documentation of deliveries of an equivalent scope and type, including deliveries of the stated equipment and systems with the accompanying support and maintenance.

Documentation requirement II:
Description of the tenderer's 2-4 most relevant deliveries in the last 3 years. The description must, as a minimum, include a statement of the contract's value, date, recipient, and result. It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
