The scope of this framework agreement will vary from year to year, depending on many different framework factors, so it is difficult to predict. The contracting authority has therefore set an upper limit to this contract in order to ensure continuity in deliveries and an increased predictability for the contracting authority and the chosen tenderer. The upper limit of this framework agreement is set at NOK 90 million excluding VAT (including options). The contracting authority retains the right to hold a new competition if this framework agreement should exceed NOK 80 million before the contract period expires. The contract will cease if the framework agreement exceed NOK 90 million excluding VAT.
