Nordmøre og Romsdal Hospital is one of the most important projects in central Norway. The aim of the project is to deliver a future oriented and modern specialist health service offer for the population in the region. Sykehusbygg invites tenderers to submit a tender in a contest with negotiations for a contract with a tenderer that will be the turnkey contractor for internal work for the somatic part and technical building at the emergency hospital at Hjelset. The Emergency Hospital at Hjelset is a central part of the overall project Nordmøre og Romsdal Hospital (SNR). The project also includes the establishment of a specialist health service offer in a district medical centre (DMS) in Kristiansund. A consultant group and architect have been procured as separate contracts and will be transferred to the turnkey contractor for internal work.

Contract K2401 consists of internal work in buildings 1250, 1260, 1270, and some deliveries in building 1290.
Contract K2401 will mainly construct inner walls, the insides of outer walls, floor surfaces, ceilings, doors (inside and outside doors), gates, locks and fittings, fixed fixtures, internal steel stairs, completion of concrete stairs, as well as fire proofing and auxiliary work. The work is a turnkey contract where the engineering designers and architect will be transferred to the turnkey contractor. The scope of the work and the interface with other contracts are detailed in the tender documentation. The contracting authority will, through the project, have an efficient organisation that can discuss solutions and consequences, and be capable of making quick decisions. The documents listed in Part II of the Tender Documentation form the basis of the tenderer offers.
