NAV Nordland will procure the labour market measure Norwegian Course with work experience. The purpose of the course is to increase the participants Norwegian skills and knowledge about working life. This is achieved through training in Norwegian and the labour market, as well as work experience. The course must strengthen the participants opportunities to undertake further education, or to gain employment and be economically independent.
