The assignment is connected to a complete exhibition design with project management (services) and additional deliveries, both as regards services and specific products such as interior, HW/SW, films, interactive systems, multimedia, AV equipment, etc. The exhibition installers for the exhibition areas will be procured in a separate tender.

Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Foreign tenderers: Proof of registration in a trade register or registration in a register of businesses, as mandated in the business legislation in the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the financial capacity/ability to fulfil the contract for the entire contract period.
The tenderer's annual accounts for the last three years, or extracts thereof (minimum income statement and the balance) must be attahced. Auditor confirmation for each year must also be attached. An attachment of the group accounts or parent company's accounts will not be accepted.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have considerable experience from relevant assignments. Emphasis is put on experience of deliveries to musuems, and, in particular, museums with archeological and historical cultural objects, where different communication techniques are used to put objects in context and to create engaging experiences for visitors. Tenderers must submit a list of reference assignments that are delivered to customers in the public or private sector. Documentation must be given for each assignment in the form of a declaration from the candidate, that contains a description of the delivery and their role in the delivery, contract amount/value, start date and the completion date for the assignment, name of hte recipient of the service, and a contact person.

A description must be submitted of 4 - 6 relevant reference projects with up to 4 A4 pages per project. The descriptions can be supplemented with pictures and videos.
Tenderers must have an organisation that covers the required areas that are required to provide both the services described in the basic delivery and the additional deliveries.
Tenderers must give a description of the supplier organisation. The organisation can be a company that covers all the deliveries itself, a consortium, or a joint venture. In this case with or without sub-suppliers. A description must be submitted of up to 4 A4 pages.

Tenderers must have the capacity to fulfil the contract's obligations.
A strong specialist background is required for the preferred tenderer. By this we mean that tenderers must demonstrate that they have the required resources to deliver to the museum sector, particularly collection based musuems, with the use of strong set atmospheres and comprehensive use of digital and interactive methods of comunication. Tenderers must describe: 1. The team with key personnel to cover the basic delivery as described in annex 1; 2. The team with key personnel, or network of sub-suppliers (named or a description of company type) to cover the additional deliveries as described in annex 1; 3. Average annual workforce and the tenderer's manager capacity in the last three years; 4. Tools, sites, or techniclal equipment available for the tenderer for this contract. A description of up to 4 A4 pages must be submitted.
