The Church of Norway will be a learning organisation, and we are working on a competence and learning strategy for the entire religious community. The procurement of a learning platform will be one of several elements that see to the needs for training and learning in the organisation - different learning arenas give room for different ways of learning and different situations to learn in. A learning platform will contribute to gathering different courses in one place and maintaining an overview over who has completed which courses, as well as ensure more systematic and predictable training and competence development. The learning platform will make the church's courses more available and facilitate new methods for training that are adapted to needs, with the goal of strengthening and raising competence across the Church of Norway.

The procurement includes the establishment and hire of the SaaS system for e-learning. The contract also includes training in the system in question.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate

— Foreign tenderers: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement: Tenderers must attach the company’s Annual Financial Statements with notes and auditor’s reports from 2018, 2019, and 2020.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Documentation requirement: Description of up to three of the most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The list must include a statement of the assignment´s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address).

Tenderers must complete annex 2 Reference Form.
