New sheltered accommodation flats for elderly needing help in Fredrik Selmers gate in central Kristiansund. It will contain 12 co-located and facilitated residences for elderly, without base and 24 hour staffing. The planned new building will be two storey with apartments and common areas, loft with ventilation room and basement under half the building with storage and technical rooms. Outdoor works in the form of establishing garden facilities will also be included. The project has high environmental ambitions with passive-house standard, solar cells and ground wells
