Interactive e-learning for nursery school basic competence

An interactive e-learning will be developed for newly employed assistance who do not have nursery school experience or relevant professional competence. The purpose is that the newly employed assistants will get a brief introduction to nursery school basic competence, and for the training to be a support for them. The training must also be able to be used as a tool for assistants who have worked for a period of time in a nursery school.
It is the nursery school owners’ responsibility to ensure that all employees without experience and relevant professional competence from nursery schools get an introduction to the nursery school social mandate, responsibility and tasks. For nursery school owners and nursery school managers the training will be support the responsibility they have for newly employed assistants getting such an introduction.

Nursery school basic competence is deeply rooted in the competence strategy ‘Kompetanse for fremtidens barnehage. [Competence for future nursery schools] Revidert strategi for kompetanse og rekruttering 2018 2022’ [Revised strategy for competence and recruitment 2018-2022]. It is stated in the strategy that a national framework for nursery school basic competence will be developed during the strategy period. The contracting authority has defined it so that the professional content in the interactive e-learning constitutes the national framework discussed in the competence strategy.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority wants to agree on a two-part option concerning expansion of parts of the assignment and extension of operation/maintenance and further development.
Option 1: The purpose of the option is to further develop the training, including develop new modules within the same size as the existing modules.
We anticipate the value of the option will be NOK 2 million excluding VAT.
The contracting authority will decide whether the option will be triggered continuously, but at the latest by 31.08.2026.
Option 2: The purpose of the option is to extend operation/maintenance and further development of the solution/the training from 01.02.2027 until and including 31.12.2029.
We anticipate the value of the option will be NOK 1 million excluding VAT.
The contracting authority will decide by 01.10.2026 whether the option will be triggered.
