NAV Tiltak Oslo, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest for labour market training courses (Norwegian: AMO): Game based qualification for young adults.
The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act, dated 17 June 2016 No 73 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations from 12 August 2016, No 974 (FOA) with any later amendments. Parts I and IV of the public procurement regulations apply for this procurement. The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify and negotiate with the tenderers to the degree that the contracting authority finds it appropriate.
The contracting authority is planning to hold negotiations in this competition. If negotiations are held on the parts of the tenders that are of importance for how the tender scores on the award criteria, tenderers will be selected after an assessment based on the award criteria.

NAV Tiltak Oslo shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of labour market training courses (Norwegian: AMO): Game based qualification for young adults.
The service shall provide the target group training/qualifications for the stated subject area. The main objective of the measure is to qualify and motivate participants so that they can complete the sixth form college. Computer games shall be used as the subject, educational and organisational framework for the qualification. It is an objective that the participants should take the exam in one or more subjects as a private student, go to work and or in apprenticeship / practice scheme, or return to or start completing the sixth form college.

The course shall give participants support and the opportunity to take and pass exams for relevant school subjects. We aim at giving the participants increased self-confidence in the encounter with learning situations and increased knowledge of various existing schemes for the implementation of the sixth form college.
