Framework agreements shall be entered into with one tenderer for the future delivery of durable and adapted toilet buildings for road users, etc., as well as the possibility for management thereof. Six identical framework agreements shall be entered into (one for each municipality) with one and the same tenderer. The framework agreements shall give each municipality the opportunity to order different toilet buildings for the establishment at a designated place in the municipality. The tenderer must be able to offer both a closed solution (without running water and drainage), with and without connection to the power grid and solutions for connection to the water / drainage network. The tenderer must be able to offer different solutions / models for the operation of the toilets, which i.a. includes cleaning, maintenance and emptying. The framework agreements will not include the conveyance of water, sewage and electrical connections, or foundations and groundwork. This must be provided by the individual municipality itself. Correspondingly, land acquisition will be provided by the individual municipality.
