Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian companies: company registration certificate

Foreign companies: verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Documentation requirement:

Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1) Personnel must be certified in accordance with the F-gas directive dated 17 May 2006 and 6 May 2010 for the service of cooling installations for the ventilation;

2) Tenderers must have sufficient ability and capacity to fulfil the contract. The contracting authority requires that tenderers establish an organisation with competence to carry out the assignment. All executing personnel must have experience from servicing ventilation aggregates;

3) Tenderers must have experience from a minimum of 3 equivalent work assignments/contracts in the last 3 years;

4) Tenderers must document a quality assurance system;

5) Tenderers must document the necessary qualifications in accordance with the current Planning and Building Act.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1) Attach documentation verifying that the personnel is certified in accordance with the F-gas directive. (minimum 1 person, must be part of the daily executing personnel.);

2) Account for the tenderer's workforce that the tenderer has available for the contract/assignment. CVs for key personnel must be provided, as well as an overview of the organisation and implementation of the assignment. All executing personnel must have experience from the service/replacement of ventilation aggregates (minimum 2 persons);

3) Description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments in the course of the last 3 years. The list must include a statement of the deliveries´ value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). References will be contacted if needed to clarify relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer´s responsibility to provide a description substantiating relevance;

4) A statement regarding the tenderer's quality assurance system/quality management system, or a copy of the system certificate issued by the accredited certification bodies or similar;

5) A copy of central certification of the company.
