The contract will include different types of assignments within the role of consulting engineer services connected to Roads, Acoustics, Geotechnics, Environmental and Landscape Architect in Karmøy kommune's] projects.
The purpose of the procurement is to cover the need for consultancy services in building and construction. The contracting authority intends to enter into five parallel framework agreements in the following disciplines with two (2) suppliers per contract:
Lot 1: Consulting Roads Engineer
Lot 2: Consulting Acoustic Engineer
Lot 3: Consulting Geotechnical Engineer
Lot 4: Landscape Architect
Lot 5: Consulting Environmental Engineer
It is possible to submit tenders for one or more of the lots. Each lot will be considered as a separate contract so that each individual provision in the contract applies to each individual contract.

- Condition assessments / mapping of existing buildings and building components

- Feasibility studies

- Draft design / pre-design

- Detailed engineering design services

- Costs calculation

- Inspection of work executed on the construction site (including balancing / test protocols)

- Third-party control of documentation prepared by others.

- Control of MOM documentation (scope and content)

- Updating of as built documentation

- Preparation of technical descriptions

- Reviews and selection of suggested solution

- Preparation of requirement specifications

Due to the consumption in recent years we anticipate the following estimated withdrawal over a four year period:
