The framework agreement will cover the at any given time applicable need for condition assessment of buildings that can be affected by construction work.
Assignments that will be included in the contract:
• condition assessment of buildings that can be affected by construction works;
• assessment of reported construction damage;
• valuation/price setting of damage;
• follow-up of minor damage improvements.

The contracting authority is Fredrikstad Municipality c/o the Section for Technical Operations that will primarily order assignments on the framework agreement.
