Kort beskrivelse:

The system will be used for examinations with Fluorescence In-Situ Hybridisation (FISH) and for immunoflouresence (IF). FISH involves the use of probes for the detection of rearranging, fusions, amplification and deletion in specific genes. IF uses an antibody labelled with fluorescence that binds to any antigen in the sample.

The delivery must be inclusive of all components/accessories, assembly/installation and commissioning so that it functions as a whole based on the needs and requirements described.

Other economic and financial requirements

With regard to any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: description of requirement/documentation: sufficient economic ability is required to carry out the contractual obligations. The Credit Rating which will form the basis to be eligible for this contest will be not less than 'Credit Worthy' (equivalent to A at Bisnode CreditPro, DB). When evaluating the above, the contracting authority will use Bisnode/Credit Pro, DB. The contracting authority will itself obtain credit ratings as a basis for the assessment stated above. The information will be obtained after the tender deadline and on the same date for all tenderers. Companies with a lower rating, start-up companies, companies under formation, companies with no activity or companies that have not been credit-rated, parent company guarantees, bank guarantees, etc., can instead be submitted that provide an equivalent security for the execution capacity. The company organisation number shall be provided for the parent company if a parent company guarantee is used.

Reference project

The tenderer must provide up to three references in Europe, who have recently purchased equivalent equipment. Each reference must be named with contact information (telephone number and email). If necessary, the contracting authority will contact the specified references where evaluation will be performed with a focus on clinical operation, work flow and experienced quality.

Certificates issued by independent bodies for quality assurance standards.

Tenderers are requested to present certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the tenderer fulfils the specified quality standards. Description of requirement/documentation: tenderers must have a well-functioning quality assurance/quality management system. Tenderers must provide an account of this. In accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent 3rd party verified systems, it is sufficient to submit a valid certificate. eCertis cannot be used.

Environment

Certification in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or Eco-Lighthouse, or other environmental management standards based on relevant European or international standards, certified by bodies that comply with the community’s rules or relevant European or international standards concerning certification. Documentation requirement. If a tenderer does not have such certification, other documentation of an equivalent environmental management system will be accepted.
