Stavanger kommune [Stavanger Municipality], c/o avdeling Utbygging [the Development Department] will hold a contest for development of Finnøy helse og omsorgssenter [Finnøy Health and Care Centre] The new building will have 20 nursing home places, premises for physiotherapy, day centre, cafe and various rooms for the administration.
In the existing nursing home building the kitchen will be renovated, some areas will be adapted to the new development and to the south areas will be rehabilitated to district nursing.
The project is divided into 15 sub-contracts. See the tender documentation and annexes for a more detailed description.
The site inspection will be held 16.11.2021 at two different times. External new building, 09:00 -10:00. Internal existing: 10:00 - 11:00. To register contact the Project Manager Torry Mikalsen from Sweco by 15.11.2021, 12:00. Contact information: torry.mikalsen@sweco.no
The allocated budget framework for the entire project is NOK 179,000,000 including VAT.
The new building amounts to approx. 3,400 m2. Rehab of 1,000 m2 and some larger spaces for full sprinkling of the existing buildings.
