• Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate or a printout from the Unit Register for single person companies not required to register.
• Foreign companies: Confirmation that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established. Confirmation can be delivered in writing or by reference to BRIS.

If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate is electronically certified and is therefore not signed. Tenderers or the offered personnel must be able to refer to minimum three assignments for the last three years with relevance to this assignment, stating the name of the contracting authority, and, if possible, the value of the assignment and reference. Relevant assignments are in this context defined as assignments that show review and/or research competence and solid experience with surveys and analyses related to the working life field. What has been delivered and the function the tenderer had in the assignment, must be stated.
