A general, complete, digital, and cloud based tool for quality management in Lier Municipality. The tool must, as a minimum, fulfil ISO 9001:2015 or more recent and other relevant standards. The tool must cover document management, messages (deviations, improvement proposals, injury to employees, injury to pupils, messages from external users, relatives, guardians, etc.), risk and vulnerability analyses, able to generate reports and statistics and be administered locally.
