- Contract 1: This contract will mainly cover UKE's need and a framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer.
- Contract 2: This contract will mainly cover this needs of other entities in Oslo Municipality. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with several tenderers. The need will be services that mainly use other operating environments that Oslo's central operating environment.

The aim of the contract is to ensure that Oslo Municipality has access to the correct competence and capacity to develop, administer, and further develop high quality digital services for inhabitants, employees and businesses. Furthermore, it will support the technological development and future need for services in the municipality. Services that must be provided in the contract period are affected by high speed technological alterations We are working with DevOps methodology in the development environments in Oslo Municipality.
