The youth commitment in NAV has the goal that young unemployed persons and persons under 30 years with reduced working ability find work or education quickly. This user group often has good digital competence, which can be built on for motivation, mastering, and further contact with working life. The labour market is in the middle of a digital transition, and local talented persons who are interested in data and gaming can be qualified through a digital course for young users in the entire county. At the same time we meet an increasing need in the future labour market.

NAV Nordland would like to procure a course that meets the labour market in a digital transition. All participants in the course must have individual follow-up throughout the entire period with a personal coach/teaching supervisor, who will be in addition to the professional resource. The course must give formal competence in the form of a certificate, study points, or other qualification.

Participants ought to develop skills within, amongst other things, programming, design (UX-design, 3D modelling, etc.), and content production (audio, pictures, etc.), and project through the course. They ought to develop competence in teamwork, project management, communication, own career plans and marketing work. It is important that the tenderer establishes contact with relevant employers, so that the participants can develop relationships with professional environments that can contribute to building their own careers.
