The procurement is for the procurement of a laser scanning system that is able to find deviations between the BIM model and work executed at the construction site. The laser scanning will be carried out by the construction manager at the construction site. Concrete construction, shafts, conduits for pipes and corridors with hangers for ceilings can be scanned. The area that must be laser scanned is approx. 75 000 m.
Tenders must also include a service delivery where point clouds from the laser scanning are analysed by the tenderer and the results presented for the contracting authority in the form of a deviation report that can be imported to the contracting authority's project management tool PIMS for further follow-up.
