Target group
The tenderer must offer a scheme for training adapted to the service area challenges and employee needs. Relevant areas are: schools, nursery schools, NAV (social services), mental health and substance abuse, mental health residences, home services, dementia/geriatric psychiatry, services to people with lowered functional ability, various health services (24 hour emergency services, activity and rehabilitation and medical professional activity), pedagogic/psychological services, parking attendants, building application case processors, payroll and accounting, as well as cultural workers.
The tenderer must offer a scheme for training adapted to the service area challenges and employee needs. Drammen Municipality's work with violence and threats of violence against employees is divided into basic training, training of resource persons, updating and maintenance of external assistance with emergency need. During a four year period the supplier will offer training to approx. 1 900 persons of which 1 300 persons belong under basic training and 400 persons under training of resource persons and 200 persons will be recertified. There are a total of 60 participating companies and 40 of them want external assistance with emergency need.
