This pre-qualification will select qualified suppliers to a procurement that will cover the Norwegian Armed Forces’ need for Commercial Common Parts to P-8A, in addition to support services for the relevant materiel.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The contractor must document that they fulfil their obligations concerning payment of tax and VAT.

The contractor must be registered in the central coordination register for legal entities or the chamber of commerce in the state where the contractor is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The contractor must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the delivery, including satisfactory operating profit margin, degree of liquidity and equity. This can be documented with financial accounts.

Industrial cooperation contract is required in accordance with the regulations for industrial cooperation related to defence sector procurement from abroad (RIC). Documented by a declaration of willingness.

The contractor must take sufficient social and ethical responsibility through a self-declaration.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The contractor must have good experience from similar deliveries. This can be documented through an overview of previous relevant assignments.

The contractor must have sufficient capacity to fulfil the framework agreement. Documented with information about the contract, the assignment and any sub-contractors.

The contractor must fulfil the requirements in the Regulation for approved parts, part sources and maintenance providers for Norwegian military aircraft. This can be documented by completing the form and attached certificates/licenses.

The contractor must have a good and efficient quality assurance system, including AS9100: 2016 and ISO 9001: 2015 approval and fulfilment of the requirements in AQAP 2131 Edition C version 1. Documented by certificates.
