The Contracting Authority is Bærum kommune. Bærum municipality, c/o the property department is responsible for administering Bærum municipality's property functions through the role of the builder and the development, operation and maintenance of the property portfolio. Eight care flats shall be established for people with mental disabilities who needs adapted and special adapted solutions. The flats shall be established in Busoppveien 22. An activity centre shall also be established in the site to an existing barn. The barn must be demolished and the activity centre shall be constructed at the site.
An old cabin connected to the shall also be demolished to establish outdoor activities for residents in the area.
