The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition for entry into a turnkey contract NS 8407, for construction a new nursing home (Nye Onsøyheimen sykehjem [New Onsøyheimen Nursing Home]).
The nursing home will be established with 120 places, inclusive spaces for employees, as well as a day activity centre and cafeteria. Project completion: December 2022.
The new nursing home is located on the site of the old Onsøyheimen Nursing Home, Ørebekk Alle 1, 1624 Gressvik.
