BIR Privat AS is participating in a collaboration project with NHH (Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration) on research on behaviour economy, including incentives and different forms of ‘pushing’ to influence source sorting. The project has been given resources from the Research Council of Norway. Approx. 50 surface containers have been procured for the project. Digital hatches will now be procured for these containers. Each container will have two hatches so there will be approx. 110 hatches.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order.
• Norwegian companies: Tax and VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline for submitting a request for qualification.
• Foreign companies must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.
Tenderers must be a legally established company:
• Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate;
• foreign companies: verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignments included in the framework agreement.
• A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
• The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment. Financial strength is evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.
• If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable. This must be described in the mentioned field in the ESPD form.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers must have sufficient relevant experience in the delivery of hatches for containers with user-controlled electronic locking systems, and the transfer of data to the contracting authority.

• if a tenderer does not have official accreditation, a copy of the tenderer's quality and internal control system must be presented upon request.
3) Tenderers must have a good environmental management system that governs how the company safeguards relevant environmental considerations related to the tenderer's activities, products and services:
• a copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation (ISO 14001 or similar);
• if a tenderer does not have official accreditation, a copy of the tenderer's environmental management system must be presented upon request.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) The requirement will be fulfilled if a tenderer, over the course of the last 3 years, has delivered 3 systems that can be compared with the systems requested in this contest.
2) The system ought to either be certified or manufactured based on certification such as ISO 9001 or equivalent.
