The contract must ensure a future-oriented SAS school for the municipalities in the cooperation, and to the greatest possible extent help to simplify the everyday life of teachers, parents, pupils, and the administration. This also applies for the before-and-after-school care scheme.
The 10 municipalities that are participating in this tender contest have a total of 48 schools. There are approx. 1 000 employees and approx. 6 800 pupils.

Procurement of a system that fulfils the municipality's and users' needs. A system that simplifies the working day and optimises the use of resources in the school sector. We want to be modern municipalities that are equipped for developments in society.

• We want a user friendly system of high quality.

• The system must be general and take care of the need for information flow.

• It must be a good work tool for the administration, and a good cooperation and communication tool for all parties: parents and guardians, external cooperation partners, teachers, and the administration.

• the system must be available for use quickly. Early and good training must be provided, with an emphasis on intuitive processes and simplicity in the formulation of the work tasks.

• Each municipality will have its own database. All the municipalities must have the same configuration of the trade system. It must be possible to adapt the system to each municipality when required.
