Technical and Administrative Organiser for National Conferences

Enova SF

Enova would like to enter into a contract with a technical and administrative organiser for the planning, organisation, implementation and post-work related to a national Enova conference (Norwegian: Enovakonferansen) in 2021 in Trondheim. The contract includes an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1 + 1 + 1 year. This means assignments for the Enova conferences in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Approx. 850 participants are expected at the Enova Conference in 2021. The assignment will include the total responsibility for the coordination and follow-up of sub-service providers for services to the conference. The booking and pricing of hotel rooms/conference arena are not included in the contract. However, the provider must be responsible for the practical and administrative follow-up of hotels/conference arenas during the planning, organisation process, as well as implementing the conference.
Reservation is made that the implementation of the Enova Conference in 2021 and the options for the next years require the approval of the Board of Directors of Enova.

The contract period is valid for 1 year from and including the date of contract signing (the Enova Conference 2021). Enova has an exclusive option for extending the contract for further 1 + 1 + 1 year. I.e. the Enova Conferences for 2022, 2023 and 2024.
