The staining machine will be used for specialised staining of sections. Specialised stained sections are used for diagnosis of i.a. cancer and other conditions. The Department stains approximately 5 000 specialised stained sections per annum. The Department wants the opportunity to expand the capacity.

The delivery must be inclusive of all components/accessories, assembly/installation and commissioning so that it functions as a whole based on the needs and requirements described.

A data processor contract will also be established for procurements where the tenderer handles personal data.

(This also concerns the tenderer's processing of ID numbers (without a name), as long as these are connected to personal data internally in the hospital.).

A data processor contract is not required with the tenderer for procurements where personal data is only used internally in the health service.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in Annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned Annex.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Sufficient financial ability (solvency) is required to execute the contract obligations.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The Credit Rating which will form the basis to be eligible for this contest will be not less than ‘Credit Worthy’ (equivalent to A at Bisnode CreditPro,DB). When evaluating the above, the contracting authority will use Bisnode/Credit Pro,DB. The contracting authority will itself obtain credit ratings as a basis for the assessment stated above. The information will be obtained after the tender deadline and on the same date for all tenderers. Companies with a lower rating, start-up companies, companies under formation, companies with no activity or companies that have not been credit-rated, parent company guarantees, bank guarantees, etc., can instead be submitted that provide an equivalent security for the execution capacity. The company organisation number shall be provided for the parent company if a parent company guarantee is used.

1) Can tenderers present certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the tenderer fulfils the specified quality standards, including the requirement for universal design?

1) Description of requirement/documentation: tenderers must have a properly functioning quality assurance/quality control system. Tenderers must provide an account of this. In accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent 3rd party verified system, it is sufficient to submit a valid certificate.

2) Environment

Certification in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or Miljøfyrtårn, or other environmental management standards based on relevant European or international standards, certified by bodies that comply with the community's rules or relevant European or international standards for certification. If a tenderer does not have such certification, other documentation for an equivalent environmental management system will be accepted.
