The Municipal Council in Averøy has undertaken to rehabilitate the artificial grass surface and lay a permanent surface for athletics on four lane racetracks and six sprinting lanes and technical exercises; long jump/triple jump, shot-put and high jump with an option to lay a permanent athletics surface in the western slewing sector. At the same time, ground works for the athletics facility and measures for collection of snow and granules from the artificial grass field will be performed.

The following documents must be presented prior to the tender deadline:
1) Present a tax certificate(s) for VAT and a tax certificate for tax, not older than six months. (for Norwegian tenderers).
2) Present valid Company registration certificate (for Norwegian tenderers including sub-contractors) or confirmation that companies are registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register nit he state where the tenderer is established. (for foreign companies).

The following documents must be presented prior to the tender deadline:
1) An account of the tenderer's financial and economic standing (applies for tenderers) must be presented. There must not be any doubt that the tenderer is capable of implementing the contract delivery. If there is doubt, tenderers must present a bank statement, relevant liability insurance or similar that guarantees progress and economy.

Tenderers must be sufficiently qualified to fulfil this contract. This will be safeguarded and documented through:
1) The company must have implemented jobs of an equivalent size and complexity during the last 3 years. Three reference projects must be provided. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address).

2) Offered project manager/responsible party at the tenderer must have relevant education or better and 3 years of relevant experience form equivalent assignments. The name and formal competence and work practice of the company's employees that will handle the assignment must be stated.
