A system for dealing with enquiries and customer support for inhabitants, businesses and organisations will be procured and implemented for Bergen Municipality. The system will also deal with enquiries and customer support for employees in Bergen Municipality. Hereafter called the joint Customer Support System (KSS). In addition, the procurement will include user support, maintenance and operation of the system, as well as consultancy services and advice connected to the system. The overall aim of the focus on digitalisation in recent years is a future municipality where new digital tools give better services, both internally and in dialogue with inhabitants and businesses. The goal of digital transformation is stipulated in Digital agenda, White Paper 27 (2015-2016) and in the City Council case 1124/17, Digitalisation and innovation in Bergen Municipality, as well as City Council case 1212/18, Establishment of a programme for digital renewal and implementation of a channel strategy for Bergen Municipality.

The programme for digital renewal will facilitate a general and systematic approach to the digitalisation of Bergen Municipality, which will give better integration and predictability for future and existing digitalisation projects.

Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation: tenderers registered in the Norwegian register of business enterprises do not need to enclose documentation.
