The system will also deal with enquiries and customer support for employees in Bergen Municipality. Hereafter called the joint Customer Support System (KSS). In addition, the procurement will include user support, maintenance and operation of the system, as well as consultancy services and advice connected to the system. The overall aim of the focus on digitalisation in recent years is a future municipality where new digital tools give better services, both internally and in dialogue with inhabitants and businesses.
