The goal of digital transformation is stipulated in Digital agenda, White Paper 27 (2015-2016) and in the City Council case 1124/17, Digitalisation and innovation in Bergen Municipality, as well as City Council case 1212/18, Establishment of a programme for digital renewal and implementation of a channel strategy for Bergen Municipality.
