Trondheim kommune, Miljøpakken [Trondheim Municipality, the Environmental Package], hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in a competition for a contract for the preliminary project Sverresborgruta. The procurement will be implemented as a two step procedure where the tenderers first submit a request to participate together with documentation of fulfilment of the qualification requirement and documentation of the selection criteria. Thereafter, Trondheim municipality will invite the three tenderers who responded best to the selection criteria, to submit tender offers in the contest.
