NRK currently develops digital services in-house, such as Yr and nrk.no, that delivery NRK's content to the Norwegian public. The development of the digital services is flexible and feedback from users during the development process is important to be able to create services the public wants.
In March it was difficult to carry out quick clarifications with users face to face as needed. NRK now needs a digital test tool that ensures our access to feedback from our audience regardless of the infection situation and other factors.
