A framework agreement for the inspections of refrigerating technical installations and associated service and repairs
The framework agreement must cover the contracting authority’s ongoing need for assignments related to refrigerating installations and primarily includes the following:
Verification and labelling of installations, leakage control, inspections, service, repairs and stand-by arrangement. The agreement must also include the replacement and new installation of smaller equipment, such as split units, etc., and condensing units for air conditioning, refrigerating and freezing plants, respectively. The installation of refrigerating pipes, dismounting of defective equipment and proper and documentable management of refrigerant are also covered by this framework agreement.
