Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 25-4. ‘The contracting authority can cancel the tender competition instantly if a justifiable basis is present.’ There have been some uncertainties in tender documentation and the requirements specification, which can result in difficulties in comparing tenders and can result in risking that some tenders are not able to submit tenders to the contest. The tender contest is cancelled. Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 25-4.

‘The contracting authority can cancel the tender competition instantly if a justifiable basis is present.’

There have been some uncertainties in tender documentation and the requirements specification, which can result in difficulties in comparing tenders and can result in risking that some tenders are not able to submit tenders to the contest.

Enebakk Municipality therefore chose to cancel the tender contest. The municipality is planning a publication of a new tender contest later in 2020.
