Framework Agreement for the Procurement of Signs and Foiling

Tolletaten

A nationwide framework agreement will entered into for Tolletaten (Norwegian Customs) (hereafter called the contracting authority), within the contract area of signs and foiling. This includes external and internal signs in the contracting authority's leased buildings and properties, as well as foiling in the same buildings and properties. The contract includes both production and delivery of signs and foiling, as well as assistance with installation/removal, graphic design, consultancy services and servicing/maintenance as needed. Installation can in some cases be carried out by the contracting authority's own professional staff, the delivery will then include delivery of products. If there is a need for graphic design assistance, the contracting authority's graphic profile is followed.
Delivery will be based on the contracting authority's orders where the number/type of units will be determined.

Delivery will be based on the contracting authority's orders where the number/type of units will be determined. The contracting authority may need multiple types/varieties of signs/foils and associated installation, and is on the hunt for a supplier who can offer a broad range of signs and foiling, and who makes it possible to cover the contracting authority's need in relation to different sizes, placement and aesthetics. Therefore, there will also be a need for consultancy services. The framework agreement will at all times cover the contracting authority's needs within the contract area.

The contracting authority wants a supplier with good competence in applicable regulations concerning universal design and signage of public buildings. In some of the buildings, the contracting authority is locked into the owner's design for external signage. In these cases, special notice will be given about the design, and from time to time signs will be ordered via the owner's own supplier.
