Framework Agreement for the Procurement of AV Equipment and Associated Services for the Norwegian Customs

The Norwegian Customs, c/o the Directorate of Norwegian Customs, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of AV equipment with associated services for the Customs’ locations.
The framework agreement shall cover the Customs' need for AV equipment with associated services for all locations.
In connection with the competition for the framework agreement itself, a first call-off will also be made for the delivery of AV equipment with associated services to two of the Customs' new premises in Moss and Bergen. The Customs will move in to the new premises during spring 2021. The tenderer must therefore, when submitting a tender, submit a tender for the framework agreement itself and the first call-off.
In addition to the equipment itself, it must also be possible to purchase installation and assembly of the equipment, support and maintenance services as well as advisory assistance.

The contracting authority has access to the premises in Moss and will carry out an tender inspection of the premises for interested suppliers. 17 December 2020 between 10.00 and 11.30.
The premises in Bergen are under construction and the contracting authority will therefore not have access to the premises before the deadline for receipt of tenders. Attached with the call for tenders is an overview of the number of rooms and size of the premises in Bergen for the supplier to use as a basis for the tender.
