Framework Agreement for the Delivery of Vehicles - Operational Leasing, Procurement and Car Administration
Sola kommune
The framework agreement applies to operational leasing of new vehicles, the procurement of vehicles, disposal of the contracting authority's own cars, and the administration of the contracting authority's fleet of cars. The Municipal Engineering department, ICT, the Physiotherapy and ergonomics services and the department for Properties shall mainly purchase against the framework agreement. Other departments in the municipality mainly request operational leasing of their vehicles. The contract also applies to the administration of the contracting authority's car fleet and other registered vehicles (tractors, trailers, boats, excavators, etc.). The municipality's vehicles are both leased and purchased.
