The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (Norwegian abbreviation: DSS) is a governmental administration body under the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation (Norwegian abbreviation: KMD). The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation strives to provide effective joint services to the ministry community, either through in-house production or through tenders contests for goods and services.
The aim of this contract is to meet the ministry community need for optician examinations services and computer monitor glasses.
The estimated contract value is 7 000 000 NOK excluding VAT
The contract period will be 2 years from when the contract is signed, with an option for an extension for up to 1 + 1 year.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirements: tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation:
Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate
Foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade register or company register as prescribed in the law in the country where the service provider is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Paid taxes and duties.
Documentation:
Norwegian tenderers: a certificate, not older than 6 months, verifying that the tenderer has fulfilled the tax, employer contribution and VAT payment obligations.
Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.
Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery, in which, amongst other things, being creditworthy without any requirement for collateral will be adequate.
A credit rating with key figures from a recognised credit assessment company, or other form of documentation to verify that the requirement has been met.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: the tenderer must have experience from assignments of an equivalent nature, scope and complexity.
Documentation: a description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years, together with information on the contracts' value, date of delivery or execution and the name of the recipient. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that the description is of such a nature that it documents fulfilment of the requirement.
