Senter for jobbmestring (SFJ) [the Centre for Job Learning] job specialists are engaged as a follow-up measure. The measure shall include 2 job specialists’ team, with methodology supervisors employed by NAV. The follow-up of the participants shall be an integrated co-operation with focusing support from a job specialists and work-oriented therapy from psychologists/cognitive therapists, where the objective is to help the participant to employment and to keep regular paid work. The follow-up must follow the method ‘Individuell jobbstøtte (IPS)’ [‘Individual job support’] The work methods of the job specialists must therefore be in accordance with the quality requirements for IPS [‘Individual job support’].
Framework agreement, 1. January 2021-31 December 2022, with an option for 1 + 1 year extension.
