Senter for jobbmestring (SFJ) [the Centre for Job Learning] job specialists are engaged as a follow-up measure. The measure shall include 2 job specialists’ team, with methodology supervisors employed by NAV. The follow-up of the participants shall be an integrated co-operation with focusing support from a job specialists and work-oriented therapy from psychologists/cognitive therapists, where the objective is to help the participant to employment and to keep regular paid work. The follow-up must follow the method ‘Individuell jobbstøtte (IPS)’ [‘Individual job support’] The work methods of the job specialists must therefore be in accordance with the quality requirements for IPS [‘Individual job support’].

Estimert totalverdi: 35 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
Requirements for co-location of the job specialists with the therapists and other staff at SFJ. The provider must be able to supply job specialists to two locations: SFJ service area north and SFJ service area south.
The estimated need is always 60-80 participants in the measure per team (SFJ South and SFJ Nord) for NAV Tiltak Øst-Viken. The required capacity will be lower when the agreement is implemented and will increase to the expected needs 3 months after the start-up.

3 job specialists per team must be offered for the implementation of the measure in the first 3 months. After this period, one new job specialist will be added in both teams, if the level has reached the expected needs (i.e. 60-80 participants).
Each job specialist is expected to work with 15-20 participants.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 35 000 000 NOK 💰
