Nordre Follo Municipality would like to procure a new education administration system (OAS). The OAS will be for nurseries, before-and-after-school care and schools in the entire municipality.
Joint tender documentation has been written for both stages in the contest.
The system must give efficiency gains, increased quality for deliveries, and simple communication with parents/guardians. The system must be uniform and user friendly for the municipality's inhabitants and employees.
The procurement will include:
— system for nursery administration;
— system for school administration;
— system for before-and-after-school care administration;
— system for a message service;
— implementation of a standard system;
— training;
— integration with other systems in the municipality;
— service and maintenance (including user support);
— operation of the system (application operation/cloud service).
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
Unless a different contract period or a different initiation date is agreed upon in Annex 5, the contract will be valid for 3 (three) years from the date of implementation. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the contracting authority before the renewal date. The tenderer has the option to terminate the contract 12 (twelve) months prior to the notification of contract renewal.
