The strategic priority areas for DSS [the Norwegian Government Security and Services Organisation] are: Digitising, standardising and cooperation. Based on the focus areas, we want to digitise management development/competence development and thereby simplify, improve and renew learning processes.
DAA therefore wants to procure a digital management development program. The idea is that DSS will first carry out a pilot project with selected managers from DSS and the Joint Ministries, and to then possibly extend the program. Another term for digital management development program can be virtual manager training. There is a requirement that the solution involves a mixed learning process which means switching between digital solutions and physical meetings/training. Middle-management that manage employers are the target group.

Norwegian tenderers: a certificate, not older than 6 months, verifying that the tenderer has fulfilled the tax, employer contribution and VAT payment obligations.

Requirement: renderers must have sufficient ability and experience to carry out the delivery.
Documentation: a description of the tenderer´s three most relevant assignments in the last three years, together with information on the contracts' value, date of delivery or execution and the name of the recipient. Renderers are responsible for ensuring that the description is of such a nature that it documents fulfilment of the requirement.
