The procurement will cover Forsvaret’s [the Norwegian Armed Forces’] need for a digital platform for administration of foreign periodicals, both printed and electronic, as well as the associated services. The services include, but is not limited to, ordering and cancelling orders, invoicing, delivery, claims, renewals, updates, monitoring and maintenance of subscriptions.
