VAV (the Agency for Water and Wastewater Services) requires resources and technical competence for the execution of the construction of Klosterenga Park. The project is a collaboration project between VAV (the Agency for Water and Wastewater Services), Bymiljøetaten (BYM) (the Agency for Urban Environment) and Kulturetaten (KUL) (Agency for Cultural Affairs) in Oslo Municipality.
The project shall develop nature qualities connected to the re-opened stream and the general footpath network through the park. The project shall ensure existing landscape qualities and at the same time develop the park's function as a transport corridor for cyclists and pedestrians. Klosterenga Park shall connect water and art in a unique way. The project plans shall meet the coverage per inhabitant with access to sports, outdoor activities and physical activities in the local community with a growing population.

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

• The tenderer must have their tax affairs in order in relation to payment of tax and VAT.

• The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

• Annual minimum turnover of NOK 100 000 000.

• Relevant liability insurance.

• Minimum score B from Creditsafe or equivalent credit rating agencies.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Experience is required from four contracts of a similar value and complexity.

In addition to the four reference contracts, experience with contracts of a similar nature is also required, including the contractor's experience with i.a.:

• streams/ponds, landscape design and technical infrastructure in urban environments. Facilitation for fish in streams/watercourses;

• handling and laying of larger complex rock elements/sculptures in facilities, including adaptation/development and adjustment on-site.

There is no requirement for the contractor to refer to all special fields in one and same reference project.

Requirements for tendered personnel:

• the construction site manager for the main works must be able to verify good experience of management of complex construction projects in an urban environment and experience with the handling of complex interfaces;

• the construction site manager for landscaping must be a certified landscaper or equivalent and have good experience of the execution of complex landscaping in an urban environment.

Requirements for quality assurance and environmental management standards:

• the tenderer must have sufficient technical, HR and organisational capacity and execution ability;

• A quality assurance system adapted to the content of the contract is required;

• an environmental control/environmental management system adapted to the content of the contract is required.
