The contracting authority would like tenders for the consultancy services for bridge inspections and other supporting constructions. The aim of the inspections is to ensure a good uniform technical standard for constructions on the national and county road network for safety, functionality and future operation and maintenance. In addition, the inspections will ensure that the engineering design material for the constructions is prepared in accordance with the current hand books and standards.
This contest is for a framework agreement for an estimated scope of NOK 120 000 000-180 000 000 excluding VAT, split over a contract period of 4 years (including options).
The framework agreement is for inspections for the certification of bridges split between three subassignments.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian.
Credit worthiness will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
If in doubt, the contracting authority can obtain further information from tenderers.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from relevant assignments.
Sub-assignment A:
Relevant assignments means engineering design services in accordance with N400 for:
— reinforced and prestressed concrete bridges, culverts, tunnels in uncompacted matter, tunnel portals, support walls, road lids and other concrete constructions.
Tenderers must present the following documentation proof if requested by the contracting authority:
— a list with a minimum of tree (maximum five) of the most important relevant assignments and services carried out in the last 10 years, including information on the value, extent/scope, dates, a brief description of the assignment and the name of the public or private recipient, including a reference person cf. Annex 2.
