Assistance for Arrangements in Oslo — the UN Environment Assembly

The Norwegian Minister of Climate and Environment Ola Elvestuen has been commissioned as the President of UN's fifth Environment Assembly (UNEA-5), which will be held in Nairobi in February 2021. Several milestones are a part of the commission. I.a. an arrangement with the civil society which coincide with a board meeting between ‘the UNEA-5-agency’ and ‘the CRP agency’. This arrangement shall be held in Oslo from Sunday 7 June to 10.6.2020. The arrangement includes 3 elements with different needs for assistance related to practical planning and implementation.

Norwegian tenderers: a certificate, not older than 6 months, verifying that the tenderer has fulfilled the tax, employer contribution and VAT payment obligations.

Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery, in which, amongst other things, being creditworthy without any requirement for collateral will be adequate

A credit rating with key figures from a recognised credit assessment company, or other form of documentation to verify that the requirement has been met.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient ability and experience to carry out the delivery.

Documentation: a description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years, together with information on the contracts' value, date of delivery or execution and the name of the recipient. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that the description is of such a nature that it documents fulfilment of the requirement.

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient capacity to carry out the delivery within the specified limitations and deadlines.

Documentation: a description of the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in the management in the last 3 years.

Requirement: environmental management measures. To ensure compliance with the contract's environmental requirements, the tenderer is required to have procedures for quality assurance and the goods and services included.
