Estimert totalverdi: 5 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
The total value of the framework agreements is up to 5 000 000 NOK.
Requested qualifications and background for the offered ICT consultants
1) Experience from IT communication assignments. E.g. Sporveien, Ruter or toll collection companies;
2) Interdisciplinary competence from management, development and design;
3) Methodological approach flexible, design thinking and lean startup;
4) Experience from specification and analyses of requirements, solution description and evaluations for IT systems;
5) Wide knowledge of project management/project administration;
6) Expert in system development and system design;
7) The offered personnel's formal competence must be equivalent to master degree level.
The provider must always appoint personnel with the appropriate competence for the business assignments that are to be provided Fjellinjen also requests a core group of 3 named persons who are covering the requested areas of competence included in the framework agreements. Their roles must be defined. A contact person/customer manager must also be appointed.

The framework agreements give the contracting authority the right, but not an obligation to procure services under the agreement. The contracting authority is not obligated to procure any specific quantity of services in the framework agreement period. The contracting authority reserves the right to recruit and hire in personnel itself for the requested services in the contract period.

Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contracting authority can extend the contract for 2 option periods of 1 year. The agreement period and any option period is maximum 4 years from the date of signing. The extension will be taken up in writing at the latest 3 months before the contract expires.
