The objective of the contract of is to ensure access to qualified personnel during periods of high workload and many work tasks and in the event of sick leave and holidays. Fjellinjen would therefore like to enter into framework agreements with up to 3 suppliers for ICT consultancy services within system integration, development and operational assistance, as well as for the development and establishment of AI and learning systems.
The framework agreements with the chosen tenderers will have a total limit of procurements up to 5 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

Tasks that will be expected to be fulfilled:

1) Connected to the development and adaptation of administration and finance systems, with an emphasis on the Visma portfolio;

2) Connected to IT disciplines within ITS/customs;

3) Connected to the establishment and adaptation of sea and cloud-based operational auxiliary systems. Development and commissioning of total value-chain monitoring and analysis;

4) Connected to integration and architecture;

5) Connected to development/administration of the data warehouse/database/cloud/sea;

6) Connected to the operation of administration and support systems;

7) Connected to AI technology, IoT and cognitive learning software.

Formal competence is required that is equivalent to a masters degree. The tenderer must always have the required competence in the company for assignments that are carried out for the contracting authority. Fjellinjen would also like a core group of 3 named persons who together cover the competence areas requested in the framework agreement. Their roles must be defined. In addition, a contact person/customer manager must be nominated.

A detailed description of the delivery is given in Annex 1 of the contract.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The contracting authority can extend the framework agreement for 2 option periods of 1 year. If the option periods are taken up, the contract will be valid for maximum 4 years from the date it is signed.
