The project will be carried out in order to increase the capacity and security of the water supply in Fornebu after a decision has now been made to increase the number of houses and workplaces in Fornebu significantly in relation to the development assumption at the start of the century. The Fornebu area will be given a two-sided water supply. The pipeline is dimensioned to have high pressure, 17 bar in Sandvika and Fornebu. A water pipeline will be established both on land and at sea in stages in several different contracts.
This contract (E1) is for the establishment of the pipeline with associated manholes by conventional excavation. The contract is split over two areas through Storøya up to Forneburingen, and in Kjørbo in Sandvika West.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian companies: tax certificate for tax and VAT, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline. The certificate can be ordered in Altinn.
Foreign companies: certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home country certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The economic and financial standing must be documented by the following information:
(a) the most recent annual accounts;
(b) the most recent annual report and the auditor's report unless the tenderer chose not to submit these;
(c) any new information of importance;
(d) solidity assessment from a company with a licence to operate a credit information company. The rating must not be older than 3 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. It must be based on the last approved accounting figures and ought to report on the credit worthiness and degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy prediction).

The binding statement shall be presented in the form of a surety statement or equivalent.
The contracting authority can determine that the self declaration can function as final documentation of fulfilment of the requirement.

In cases where the company does not have the necessary qualifications, but relies on other service providers to be qualified, equivalent documentation must be enclosed for them. In addition, a commitment statement must be submitted in accordance with the attached template.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The company must have good experience from previously implemented assignments of an equivalent nature, scope and complexity and must be able to present documentation of 3-5 successfully completed contracts in the last 5 years, or ongoing.
Equivalent nature and complexity means projects where the main activity is connected to at least two of the following activities, and where all of the activities are represented in at least one of the contracts:
— water and sewage excavations;
— ditch shoring with sheet piling, pegging, cushions and cross-struts;
— conventional water and sewage pipeline installations with large cast on site valve manholes with DN>500 mm and PN>10;
— electro and automation for the water and sewage installations described in the previous bullet point.
Equivalent scope also means the project's contract sum must be greater than NOK 20 million.
