The contracting authority requests tenders for a complete delivery of fibre reinforced polymer composite structure for the project 12-3450 Vardebrua.
The objective of the contract is to have a detailed engineering design foundation approved by the Directorate of Public Roads, manufacturing, transporting, delivery and installation of a bridge structure for a complete pedestrian and cyclist service at Fonnes in Austrheim.

The scope of the contract includes detailed engineering design services up until an approved work foundation in accordance with NPRA's manual N400 ‘Engineering design for bridges’ is prepared, manufacturing, delivering and assembling of a complete bridge structure. The contract does not include in situ abutments and wing walls. The contracting authority shall implement a separate contract for in situ abutments and wing walls, as well as lighting system. The tenderer has the full responsibility for the bridge being adapted to these existing structures prior to manufacturing.

Justification for cancellation
Vestland County is cancelling the contest VLFK/19/026 Vardebrua cf. § 25-4 (1) as all of the tenders 'exceed the contracting authority's budget that was documented as fixed before the contest was held cf. § 24-8 (2) d). A new contest will be held as soon as possible. Therefore all tenders, and the protocol, will be exempt from public access, cf. the Freedom of Information Act §23 (3).
